Ben offers his own one-on-one Muay Thai sessions here at Crossfit Tarpon Springs. You will learn combative fighting skills matched with a work-out that can’t be beat! You will burn 800 -1200 calories during each training session of Muay Thai, all while learning and understanding the traditional aspects of Muay Thai.
