First Step To Fitness

First Step To Fitness is an exercise and nutrition program for morbidly obese people. It is Tarpons first and only Pay-It-Forward weight loss program. Created by one of our members after she saw significant weight loss completing our Fat Loss Fitness Challenges she decided to take her knowledge and time to the community of Tarpon Springs, Florida to change peoples lives.

We work with small groups at a time, will walk you through what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, how to exercise, when to exercise, why you should exercise to catapult you into a new healthier lifestyle. You will have access to two private coaching sessions with a coach during the week, weekly weigh-ins, measurements, daily food diary accountability, and the unlimited support you need to get your life back on track.
