CrossFit is a workout program for anyone. In this program we teach you proper body mechanics from the ground up. Starting with basic movements like the body weight squat all the way to complex Olympic lifting movements like Clean and Jerks and Snatch. So if you are looking to prepare yourself for that next mud run or gain the strength and speed required to excel in a sport we can help.

Fat Loss Fitness Challenge

We offer comprehensive nutrition coaching through our 21-Day Fat Loss Fitness Challenge. This weight loss program will catapult you into a new, healthier lifestyle. Our trained coaches support you every step of the way with meal ideas, recipes, encouragements and so much more!

Better Than Yesterday Bootcamp

Our indoor/outdoor fitness bootcamp is focused on fat loss and core conditioning. In this group training atmosphere you can meet like-minded people looking to achieve the same goals. We use various full body and isolation movements to focus on muscle toning, conditioning and strength training.

Personal Training

Break away from the group style workouts and let us build an individual fitness plan to help you meet your goals. I joined CrossFit Tarpon Springs early this year and have had nothing but great experiences. The coaches are very professional, safe and supportive to your individual goals and capabilities. They come with decades of knowledge and experience and provide an excellent program whether you are looking for CrossFit or Boot Camp style workouts. These coaches show up everyday because they love what they do and it shows. The community here is very welcoming and positive. Whether you are young or older, fit or getting there, everyone treats each other with respect and is supportive and encouraging. The gym itself is large and clean and the equipment is well maintained. I have never regretted a day at CrossFit Tarpon Springs.

CrossFit literally changed my life. I was never even remotely athletic coming up in high school and was always at least mildly overweight. As I got older, it got worse to the point was over 300 lbs when I finally had enough.

Long story short, I wound up at a local CrossFit gym and wound up at 16% body fat and feeling better and stronger than I ever had at 54 years old! CrossFit is infinitly scalable, so wherever you are and whatever your goals are, you can meet them here. CrossFit is very similar to having a personal trainer as the coaches program your workouts for you. They are there to watch and make sure you’re doing the moves safely and you meet a GREAT group of people in your gym. (if you find the gym you’re at doesn’t drill safety, then you’re at a bad gym. Move on!
