Class Schedule


CrossFit is a workout program for anyone. At CrossFit Tarpon Springs we incorporate full body movements. Full body movements workout more muscles in less time. This makes CrossFit the perfect program for someone who wants to get the most out of their workout time.

  • Monday – Friday
  • 5am, 6am, 9am, 11am
  • 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm


An indoor/outdoor fitness bootcamp focused on fat loss and core conditioning. This program is designed for anyone to come in and participate. So whether you are a beginner who has never worked out or someone looking to take your workout to the next level this program is perfect for you.

  • Monday – Friday
  • 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 12pm
  • 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm
  • Saturday
  • 8am & 9am

Muay Thai

We offer Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes with Coach Ben. Ben has extensive experience in Muay Thai. He has lived, studied, and fought professionally in Thailand. So whether you are trying to beat up that creeper in the parking lot, or you are just trying to burn some calories, this is the program for you.

  • Monday- Friday
  • Free Introduction Classes – 9am, 3:30pm, and 5:30pm
  • Regular Class Times – 10am, 4:30pm, and 6:30pm
